Terms and Conditions

We aim to complete and deliver your order typically within 14 days of receiving it. Occasionally at busy times creating your peg dolls may take a little longer, in this instance we will contact you via email to discuss your order. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. With PayPal you can also make payment using Mastercard, Visa, Switch, and other methods

You commit yourself to a legally binding contract under the terms and conditions stated on this page when either:

* Your Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta  or other payment method is authorised.

or

*You confirm your payment by clicking the 'Pay' button in the PayPal 'Make Your Payment' page.

Confirmation

We will confirm your order with you either by email.

Prices

We are not currently VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. Whilst we take care to make sure all prices shown are correct, occasionally errors can occur, in these cases we will not charge you a higher price, but may be unable to supply the item.

Postage and packing charges have to be added to the prices shown.  The cost of post and packaging is shown in the shopping cart before you commit your payment.

Customers outside the UK should Contact us prior to ordering to obtain the correct postage and packing.

Rep codes can be used only once for each each purchase.

Despatch

We usually send out orders using Royal Mail. If your order is over £60  we will use a service that requires the a signature for the parcel. 

Descriptions

Descriptions about sizes are approximate.  Pegs naturally vary in size and wood shades.  Paint shades are also subject to variation.

Faulty materials

Goods will only be replaced or refunded if the fault is in the manufacture or materials (this must be identified within 1 week of the goods being received). No liability will be accepted for consequential loss in respect of goods sold. Your costs to return faulty goods will be reimbursed. Please  email or write before returning goods. It is essential to wrap returns well. This prevents damage in the post.

Complaints

Happy customers are good for business. If you are not happy with your order please Email or write, explaining the nature of your complaint.  We will endeavour to solve the problem.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the GDPR. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
